LEVEL 04 Printing

Printing
17 / 03 / 16

Printing was pretty successful in the sense that everything was quite straight forward. I went in with a list showing me what needed to be printing on which stock to be most efficient.

The only thing that left me with a decision to make was the fact the cream text did not print as well as I had hoped onto the grey stock. I printed again but onto a plain white stock with the grey and cream added in. But I felt like this appeared too shiny in comparison with my other products involved in my stationary. The ink also cracked slightly when I folded it revealing the white which did not look professional enough at all. Therefore I have chosen to remain with the first print, as even though the stock has added a new colour due to the ink change, it appears most consistent and on more substantial stock than the normal paper..

Using self adhesive paper I was able to easily print my sticker sheet and also the CD cover. The machine cut around the paths made on Illustrator for a perfect sticker!!
